Two very different jobs share this zip code. A high-floor unit in the Beach District, near the rebuilt pier, usually rents to couples who leave it neat. A dock house out in the Isles of Pompano that just hosted six guys down for the sportfishing charters off Hillsboro Inlet has sand, fish scale, and a cooler someone abandoned in the garage. Current hours: Mon 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tue–Thu 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Fri 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sat 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Sun.
Turning over a rental near the Pompano pier
Does Pompano's own rental permit change anything for cleaning?
Pompano runs its own short-term rental permit under Chapter 153, separate from Fort Lauderdale's, and it carries Code, Building, and Fire inspections. We keep units inspection-ready between guests — smoke detectors uncovered, exits clear, occupancy info where it belongs — so a mid-season visit isn't a scramble.
Can you handle a same-day turnover on a canal home with a dock?
That's a big chunk of what we do east and west of Federal Highway. Dock homes get the extras — rinsing salt and bait smell off the patio, checking the outdoor shower — and we still hit the noon-to-4 window when it's on the calendar.
